100KV直流耐电压强度试验机  注意事项:

本仪器为高压试验设备,使用时必须注意以下几点

1、仪器安装时应具有独立的接地线。

2、在开机前,操作者要首先熟悉操作方法。

3、仪器不能在有强烈腐蚀性气体及有颗粒杂质的气体环境中使用。

4、试验环境温度15度到25度之间,相对湿度60%到70%之间

5、试样击穿瞬间有火花产生并伴有声响,属正常现象。

6、每次更换试样或接触高压电极时必须用高压放电棒对高压电极进行放电,放电时间5秒以上。

7、每次进行试验前,必须检查仪器接地。

 

100KV直流耐电压强度试验机   介电击穿强度是指在强电场作用下,电介质丧失电绝缘能力的现象。分为固体电介质击穿,液体电介质击穿和气体电介质击穿3种。

 

固体电介质击穿

导致击穿的最低临界电压称为击穿电压.均匀电场中,击穿电压与介质厚度之比称为击穿电场强度(简称击穿场强,又称介电强度).它反映固体电介质自身的耐电强度.不均匀电场中,击穿电压与击穿处介质厚度之比称为平均击穿场强,它低于均匀电场中固体介质的介电强度.固体介质击穿后,由于有巨大电流通过,介质中会出现熔化或烧焦的通道,或出现裂纹.脆性介质击穿时,常发生材料的碎裂,可据此破碎非金属矿石.

固体电介质击穿有3种形式:电击穿,热击穿和电化学击穿.

电击穿是因电场使电介质中积聚起足够数量和能量的带电质点而导致电介质失去绝缘性能.热击穿是因在电场作用下,电介质内部热量积累,温度过高而导致失去绝缘能力.电化学击穿是在电场,温度等因素作用下,电介质发生缓慢的化学变化,性能逐渐劣化,最终丧失绝缘能力.固体电介质的化学变化通常使其电导增加,这会使介质的温度上升,因而电化学击穿的最终形式是热击穿.温度和电压作用时间对电击穿的影响小,对热击穿和电化学击穿的影响大;电场局部不均匀性对热击穿的影响小,对其他两种影响大.

 

液体电介质击穿

纯净液体电介质与含杂质的工程液体电介质的击穿机理不同.对前者主要有电击穿理论和气泡击穿理论,对后者有气体桥击穿理论.沿液体和固体电介质分界面的放电现象称为液体电介质中的沿面放电.这种放电不仅使液体变质,而且放电产生的热作用和剧烈的压力变化可能使固体介质内产生气泡.经多次作用会使固体介质出现分层,开裂现象,放电有可能在固体介质内发展,绝缘结构的击穿电压因此下降.脉冲电压下液体电介质击穿时,常出现强力气体冲击波(即电水锤),可用于水下探矿,桥墩探伤及人体内脏结石的体外破碎.

 

气体电介质击穿

在电场作用下气体分子发生碰撞电离而导致电极间的贯穿性放电.其影响因素很多,主要有作用电压,电板形状,气体的性质及状态等.气体介质击穿常见的有直流电压击穿,工频电压击穿,高气压电击穿,冲击电压击穿,高真空电击穿,负电性气体击穿等.空气是很好的气体绝缘材料,电离场强和击穿场强高,击穿后能迅速恢复绝缘性能,且不燃,不爆,不老化,无腐蚀性,因而得到广泛应用.为提供高电压输电线或变电所的空气间隙距离的设计依据(高压输电线应离地面多高等),需进行长空气间隙的工频击穿试验.

介电强度是一种材料作为绝缘体时的电强度的量度.它定义为试样被击穿时,单位厚度承受的最大电压,表示为伏特每单位厚度.物质的介电强度越大,它作为绝缘体的质量越好.

介电强度,是材料抗高电压而不产生介电击穿能力的量度,将试样放置在电极之间,并通过一系列的步骤升高所施加的电压直到发生介电击穿,以次测量介电强度。尽管所得的结果是以kv/mm为单位的,但并不表明与试样的厚度无关。因此,只有在试样厚度相同的条件下得到各种材料的数据才有可比性。

 

介电系数,是一个在电的位移和电场强度之间存在的比例常量。这一个常量在自由的空间(一个真空)中是8.85?10的-12次方法拉第/米(F/m)。在其它的材料中,介电系数可能差别很大,经常远大于真空中的数值,其符号是eo。 在工程应用中,介电系数时常在以相对介电系数的形式被表达,而不是绝对值。如果eo表现自由空间(是,8.85?10的-12次方F/m)的介电系数,而且e是在材料中的介电系数,则这个材料的相对介电系数(也叫介电常数)由下式给出:ε1=ε / εo=ε?1.13?10的11次方 很多不同的物质的介电常数超过1。这些物质通常被称为绝缘体材料,或是绝缘体。普遍使用的绝缘体包括玻璃,纸,云母,各种不同的陶瓷,聚乙烯和特定的金属氧化物。绝缘体被用于交流电(AC),声音电波(AF)和无线电电波(射频)的电容器和输电线路。

测试介电强度的仪器信息

安全说明:

1、设备要安装单独的保护地线。接保护地线,主要是减少试样击穿时对周围产生的较强的电磁干扰。也可避免控制计算机失控。

2、直流试验放电报警功能:在设备做完直流试验时,当开启试验门时设备会自动报警,直至使用设备上的放电装置放电后报警会自动取消.(注:因为直流试验后不放电会危险到人身安全,不能直接拿取电极,起到提醒使用人员放电以免造成伤害)。

3、试验放电装置,随主机为一体化,改进了以往单独配备一根放电杆的功能。

4、该试验设备的电路设有多项保护措施,主要有:过流保护、失压保护、漏电保护、短路保护、直流试验放电报警等。

Dielectric strength is a measure of a material's ability to withstand high voltage without dielectric breakdown. The sample is placed between electrodes and the applied voltage is increased through a series of steps until dielectric breakdown occurs, in order to measure the dielectric strength. Although the results obtained are in kV/mm units, it does not indicate that they are independent of the thickness of the sample. Therefore, comparability of data for various materials can only be achieved when the sample thickness is the same.

 

The dielectric constant is a proportional constant that exists between the displacement of electricity and the strength of the electric field. This constant in free space (a vacuum) is 8.85 ? 10 ^ -12 times the method pull per meter (F/m). In other materials, the dielectric constant may vary greatly, often much greater than the value in vacuum, and its symbol is eo. In engineering applications, the dielectric constant is often expressed in the form of relative dielectric constant rather than absolute value. Safety instructions:

1. The equipment needs to be equipped with a separate protective grounding wire. Grounding protection is mainly used to reduce the strong electromagnetic interference caused by the breakdown of the sample to the surrounding area. It can also prevent the computer from losing control.

2. DC test discharge alarm function: When the equipment completes the DC test, the device will automatically alarm when the test door is opened, and the alarm will be automatically cancelled after the discharge device on the equipment is used for discharge (Note: Failure to discharge electricity after DC testing can pose a danger to personal safety, and the electrode cannot be directly taken to remind users to discharge to avoid injury).

3. The experimental discharge device is integrated with the main unit, improving the previous function of having a separate discharge pole.

4. The circuit of the experimental equipment is equipped with multiple protection measures, mainly including overcurrent protection, voltage loss protection, leakage protection, short circuit protection, DC test discharge alarm, etc.

 

整机组成:

试样的处理

⑴用绸布蘸对试样无腐蚀作用的溶剂,擦净试样。

⑵预处理和条件处理:处理条件和方法可根据产品的性能要求从本标准附录表1和表2中选取。有特殊要求的可由产品标准另行规定。

⑶绝缘材料的电气强度随温度和含水量而变化。除被试材料已有规定外者,试样应在23?2℃,相对湿度(50?5)%的条件下处理不少于24h。

⑷经过受潮或浸液体媒质的试样在试验前应用滤纸轻轻吸去液滴,从试样取出到试验完毕不应超过5分钟。

Sample processing

Dip a silk cloth in a solvent that has no corrosive effect on the sample and wipe it clean.

⑵ Preprocessing and Conditional Processing: The processing conditions and methods can be selected from Appendix Table 1 and Table 2 of this standard based on the performance requirements of the product. Special requirements may be specified separately by product standards.

The electrical strength of insulation materials varies with temperature and moisture content. Unless otherwise specified for the test material, the sample should be treated for at least 24 hours under conditions of 23 ? 2 ℃ and relative humidity (50 ? 5)%.

The sample that has been dampened or immersed in liquid media should be gently removed with filter paper before the test. The time from taking out the sample to the end of the test should not exceed 5 minutes.
