一 绝缘材料耐高压低电流电弧放电试验机  概述

LDH-20kV型耐电弧试验仪是根据GB/T 1411-2002《固体绝缘材料耐高压低电流电弧放电的试验》(等同IEC  61621-1997)及ASTM D495等标准的要求设计制造的,并符合IEC 149、UL 746A等试验方法。本仪器由绝缘标准制定单位全国绝缘材料标准化技术委员会监制。

主要用于电机、电器及家电等行业的电工用塑料、树脂胶、绝缘漆、以及层压板、覆铜箔板等绝缘材料的耐电弧性能及其分级评定。

二 绝缘材料耐高压低电流电弧放电试验机功能特点

1、本机为上下一体结构,下部为操作系统,上部为试验箱。

2、本产品采用PLC控制,提高抗干扰性能、电压、电流测量精度。

四 结构与组成

本仪器分上下两层。上层为试验箱,内置试验电极系统、高压输出插孔、试验电流表等;用有机玻璃门封闭,便于观察并确保安全,上有通风孔。

仪器下层为电气箱。右后部装有高压试验变压器、保护电阻及高频抑制电感等,左后前部为调压器,中部和前部为主电路控制电路及触控屏控制界面。

五 工作原理简介

本测试仪是在相距 (6.35?0.1)mm的两电极上,按试验方法规定的规律(见试验程序表),由间歇到连续地施加12.5kV工作电压和(10~40)mA的电弧电流,直至试样失效。记下从试验开始到试样失效的总时间(s),即为该试样的耐电弧。其电气原理图见图1。试验电压的产生是由220V交流电压经调压器T5,再由高压试验变压器T4而产生。试验电压12.5kV由调压器T5调节获得。试验电流的大小和通断时间,由PLC控制接在调压器T5和高压试验变压器T4之间的四路固体开关和串联电阻而获得。

七、动力和安全要求

2、仪器设备均需要接地且接地电阻≤1Ω,供需双方商定由供方提供技术要求,由需方自己建造接地系统。

Overview

The LDH-20kV arc resistance tester is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of GB/T 1411-2002 "Solid Insulation Materials - Test for Resistance to High and Low Voltage Current Arc Discharge" (equivalent to IEC 61621-1997) and ASTM D495 standards, and complies with test methods such as IEC 149 and UL 746A. This instrument is supervised by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Insulation Materials, the unit responsible for formulating insulation standards.

The arc resistance performance and grading evaluation of electrical plastics, resin adhesives, insulation paints, as well as insulation materials such as laminated boards and copper-clad laminates, mainly used in industries such as motors, electrical appliances, and home appliances.

Two functional features

1. This machine has an integrated upper and lower structure, with the lower part being the operating system and the upper part being the test chamber.

2. This product adopts PLC control to improve anti-interference performance, voltage and current measurement accuracy.

3. 10 inch touch screen operation interface, convenient and fast, can automatically perform tests by selecting programs (IEC or ASTM), and display the test process and results in digital format.

4. Convenient measurement. You can choose any time period program for measurement, which is fast and efficient.

5. During the experiment, there is a step control voltage stabilization function that is not affected by fluctuations in the power grid voltage.

6. The control interface has monitoring functions such as closing, zero position, boost, buck, program segment, etc.

7. Real time monitoring function for voltage and current.

8. Software current protection and voltage protection functions, hardware current protection and voltage protection functions.

9. There is a linear correction function for voltage and current on the touch screen interface, which can be adjusted freely, conveniently, quickly, and efficiently.

Four Structure and Composition

This instrument is divided into two layers. The upper layer is a test chamber with built-in test electrode system, high-voltage output socket, test ammeter, etc; Sealed with organic glass doors for easy observation and safety, with ventilation holes on top.

The lower layer of the instrument is an electrical box. The right rear is equipped with a high-voltage test transformer, protective resistor, and high-frequency suppression inductor. The left rear front is a voltage regulator, and the middle and front are the main circuit control circuit and touch screen control interface.

Introduction to Five Working Principles

This tester applies a working voltage of 12.5kV and an arc current of (10-40) mA intermittently to continuously on two electrodes separated by (6.35 ? 0.1) mm according to the rules specified in the test method (see test procedure table), until the sample fails. Record the total time (s) from the start of the experiment to the failure of the specimen, which is the arc resistance of the specimen. The electrical schematic diagram is shown in Figure 1. The generation of test voltage is generated by 220V AC voltage passing through regulator T5, and then by high-voltage test transformer T4. The test voltage of 12.5kV is regulated by voltage regulator T5. The magnitude and on/off time of the test current are obtained by controlling the four solid switches and series resistors connected between the voltage regulator T5 and the high-voltage test transformer T4 through PLC.

7、Power and safety requirements

2. All instruments and equipment need to be grounded with a grounding resistance of ≤ 1 Ω. The supply and demand parties agree that the technical requirements shall be provided by the supplier, and the grounding system shall be constructed by the demand party themselves.
